1. After finding a great rate, I stayed here on a Thursday night with a few friends (before the rest of the girls arrived for a bachelorette party the next day, when we switched hotels to the Park Central on Ocean Drive).

4. By the way, we booked with Magellan vacations and were given a really good room rate which was better than any website - I believe they have a 'special' relationship with the Gansevoort and are able to give really good rates.

5. Concierge - Hit or miss; There was a gentleman who was an excellent Concierge - he even offered to search for different car rental rates if we were ready and was aware of a company that would give better rates than their competitors.

6. Recently stayed at the Gansevoort South only because of the great rate I got through my FoundersCard membership $250/night).
