4. This is not a joke, I wish it were b/c it's crazy to believe, but now I have to file a claim with my bank in order to get my money back for fraudulent charges.

5. Fact is, it's a bankrupt hotel, they were foreclosed by Credit Suisse back in December and they are desperate for money, so beware of the Tony Soprano tactics they will use to squeeze you dry.

10. I thought that the rooms themselves were excellent value for money and I was very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel, rooms and pools were when i arrived (the website doesn't do them justice).
