PROS: rooftop lounge and pool, very oversized rooms, large and beautiful baths(jacuzzi tub & glass shower), stocked bar & kitchenette, oversized balconies, great beachside towel/lounge chair/drink service,and comfortable bedding, playing REAL elevator music-Depeche mode, car service CONS: 'average pool' (on main level), COLD jacuzzi at pool area(big let-down), unfriendly and rather slow check-in, expensive!, No free parking, service not up to par with room rate.

3. It's on 3rd story so good view of ocean, with a lot of soft lounge chairs toweled for free by the staff.

4. I cannot count how many times they actually clean our rooms up in one day, every time we left the room we came back to a cleaned room with new fresh towels and made up beds.

7. one afternoon when i came from the pool to my room around 5pm,it was still not cleaned so i called for service and towels and they said that they were short staffed and thy took another 2 hours to come and 1 hour for her to clean.
