1. The shower has a 'handicap bar' but is barely useful.

2. Found a used towel behind the door when I took a shower the first day (GROSS!) and even though I was told there was a $350 cleaning fee for smoking in the room, all I could smell was old cigarette smoke when the heater turned on.
