1. Found a used towel behind the door when I took a shower the first day (GROSS!) and even though I was told there was a $350 cleaning fee for smoking in the room, all I could smell was old cigarette smoke when the heater turned on.

9. The parking garage is huge and parking doesn't seem to be problematic, so I assume the hotel charges the fee simply to make extra revenue.
