1. It's 2012, the internet charge either needs to be more reasonable, or gone.

2. They certainly charge like they are 4-stars, but when wallpaper is peeling off the walls I'd say its time to re-think that.

3. I should also point out that on both occations I was charged for parking that I did not use, but the staff cheerfully removed the charge.

4. Upon check-out tho we were told that if we would have called the front desk they could have locked the minibar at no-charge, that wasn't printed in the book.

5. Internet: I was okay paying $10.95/day for internet (or $30/week) until I found out the internet charge is PER DEVICE.

7. As a matter of fact, it's actually gone UP as the charge is listed in their in-room book as 9.95.

8. Then to add insult to injury they held a room deposit (we used a debit charge upon check in) released the funds upon check out only to charge us the deposit 2 days later.

9. My issue is when I was told the hotel would provide a copy service and I subsequently learned that they charged $1 per page, for a $25 charge.
