I did not sample the food at the restaurant but I did receive free breakfast in the club
suite
which was very good, albeit the selection wasn't as vast as you find at the chain below Intercontinental - Crowne Plaza.

The pictures on the website are from a
suite
- not a standard room - a little misleading.

Also while visiting the front desk, I observed at least 2 hotel staff (in
suit
s) walking among the group, but did not ask them to hold it down, or stop their exercise routine.

Take my recommendation, if you want a nice hotel in the Galleria area, stay at the Sheraton
Suite
s next door.

suit

As an Intercontinental Royal Ambassador, I had made my reservation online for a Club room, expecting the upgrade to a junior

The program attracted me based on the perks/benefits such as a guaranteed upgrade, late checkout etc.The front desk person did provide an upgrade to a very small
suite
which smelled of smoke, though the property is suppose to be smoke free (and guests have to sign a document acknowledging the smoke free rule).
