1. We like the location since it's 2 minutes from the Galleria, 5 minutes to River Oaks, 15 minutes to Medical City/Rice, 20 minutes to the Montrose Area/ The Heights Area and 25 minutes in good traffic to downtown Houston.

8. I had been told not to stay in Downtown Houston but at the Galleria area, which I can understand, as it enjoys great connection to the rest of the city, is far friendlier in the evening and has the shopping center in 2 minutes walking distance.
