1. Then I enjoyed the free happy hour on the 23rd floor for concierge guests - it could have been my meal - wonderful cheese and wine - and vegatables, fruit and more - the free breakfast in the morning was also very nice.

10. They can clearly handle large numbers of guests and the service at the front desk, in the restaurant, bar, room service and from the concierge was really very good but the room (being the main reason you stay in a hotel) was disappointing.
