7. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the concierges who were great with bags, directions, local information etc. I definitely received the attentive service expected from Intercontinental hotels.

8. We have stayed at this hotel three different times, two time just for fun when we had to be close to the area for an event and we did not want to drink and drive so we knew the cab ride would be reasonable and the rooms and service would be good.
