3. DSL cable did not work in the room and the funny thing, 'instant service' buttom in the phone is not instant, you might habe to call 3 or 4 times before someone answer your call.

5. We had brought a 50` ethernet cable with us so my daughter could sit away from the desk since my husband needed to use the desk for his work computer.

6. When they finally located it and agreed it was not their cable, the manager told my husband (over the phone) that he had to pick up the cable either that night or very early the next morning or they`d put the cable in their 'lost and found' basket.

7. The hotel not only took the cable, but argued with my husband as to whether it was our cable or not.
