complimentary
shuttle they run (3 mile radius) it'll get you to many local restaurants, spas, shopping outlets, more than you can do in a week.

complimentary
wi-fi access in their rooms, especially since cell phone reception using an iPhone 4 is poor at times.

I did try to use the
complimentary
limo service (they say that they will take you to your meeting if it's within 3 miles) but was told it would be a 20 minute wait.

The hotel is situated 'near the Galleria' shopping mall, about a 10-15 minute walk away (they do offer
complimentary
transport, but this wasn't available when we wanted to go).
