1. Except for one package, the first one we received: We've been out on a late business-dinner, and when we got back I knew the package was there.

2. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel; though our room was not ready on time, front desk staff were accommodating and quick, the concierge had fabulous dinner recommendations and was very helpful, and the restaurant staff were courteous and pleasant.

7. The area is good for shopping - dim sum restaurant and Cheesecake Factory both good for easy local dinner - but ugly unless you like highways outside your window.
