1. The bathroom and lavatory is rather cramped; the basin the bathroom cannot be filled with water - the plug does not close.

When we got into the room upon closer inspection the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (finger prints on the mirrors and toothpaste prints on the touch switches in the bathroom) I called the front desk and asked about our room being on the 7th floor and if we were in fact in a Premiere King Suite which the website said would be on a higher floor and have ample natural light.

4. There was some black mold in the bathroom where the wallpaper had peeled away, and the hot water was lacking in the morning when many people were showering in the building.
