1. Pros - brand new suites with a lot of amenities, nice gym with nice assortment of equipment and refrigerated bottled water, friendly staff, and location near the Hudson River and walking distance to quite a number of sights.

10. The neighborhood seemed safe enough, and the riverwalk across the way a nice amenity, but there was just NOTHING around as far as restaraunts/pubs/shops unless you count the crappy places near Ground Zero.
