7. From check in to check out the service and friendliness was uncomparable - from when you check in at the curb, Solomon, Kwame or Morris could not have been more helpful.

8. Finally my flight back to the UK was not until 2100 and check out was supposed to be at 1200 but a really helpful lady on the front desk allowed me to stay until much later free of charge.

9. - Although we have not made it, I saw a sign at the porter that charges $2 per bag if you want to leave it in the hotel on the day of the check out.

Just a couple things the hotel may want to address: When calling the night before check out to seek a late checkout, the front desk was unstaffed; the man working the Bell Desk Sunday morning told us it would cost '$2 per bag plus gratuity' for the hotel to hold our bags after checking out of the room.
