1. Also, the area surrounding the World Finance Centre is very well kept and feels very safe in addition to being right on the river with a small harbour making it excellent for eating out and going for walks along the river.

9. Across the street is the Irish Hunger Memorial and Battery Park which offers a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty and is a good place to walk/jog/rollerblade.

10. You had to really walk at least 3/4 mile to really find anywhere decent or any sign of life at all and even further than that to really get to the interesting stuff.
