1. We had so many complains when we checked out that the guy decided to take the breakfast out of the bill to keep us reasonably happy while in reality it was just a steal.

At the front desk, Darwin and Keni have always made checking in and all bill-related matters flawless; the breakfast area is staffed by an outstanding crew -- most notably Mamun, who goes above and beyond his duties to make it a great dining experience; and the free drinks in the afternoon and evening and bar area is great.
