1. We had a lovely stroll along the river, a fabulous dinner at a Danny Meyer restaurant and even bought a great bottle of wine to take home from the upscale wine store nearby.

3. The hubby and I enjoyed drinks here one evening before dinner fantastic selection of every kind of liqueur and they did not skimp on :) The morning breakfast food also looked to be very good from what I remember, although we didn't have a chance to try it out.

9. A little far out perhaps but yellow cabs are good and a stroll along the nearby Hudson River for dinner at a little Italian with a view of the Statue of Liberty.

10. There are a number of restaurants, cafe's and grocery stores within 2-3 minutes of the hotel which was great when you are out and about all day visiting the sights as you can eat lunch or dinner right on your doorstep.
