8. Close to Ground Zero and within walking distance of Seaport shopping and Wall Street.

9. Across the street is the Irish Hunger Memorial and Battery Park which offers a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty and is a good place to walk/jog/rollerblade.

10. Heard changing to a Conrad Hilton - which might be too bad (especially since the Millenium Hilton is practically across the street) most likely will lose all amenities you enjoy about Embassy suites, especially this one.
