4. While it was very nice to have someone turn down the bed, organizing the room and bed turndown seems to be more wasteful of personnel resources, whereas free internet is now a standard for most travelers.

Overall pros:* Great staff* Very nice features* Probably the best location in Downtown San DiegoOverall cons:* Charged for internet (not unique to this hotel but I still consider this absurd anywhere in a first-world country)* Downtown area means you can't get away 100% from bums and echoing sirens.
