The room was very clean and artistic, the bed was amazing, the room service (while slightly too expensive) always was on time and delicious, and the tv had all my fav channels and at the end of the day, it was awesome to come back and watch my housewives :)I cannot say enough with the amazingness of this hotel.

And although I cannot fault the front desk and staff of the hotel where I'm staying right now--well-groomed, good-looking, and even gorgeous, always with a ready, genuine and infectious smile, who are friendly, ready, polite, and helpful, and I am satisfied with room service--efficient, quick, always smiling and happy to serve, someone from this hotel has yet to call me by my first name.
