1. It was my husband's 40th birthday and we were surprised in our room with complimentary beer and snacks as a present, which really made my husband feel special.

4. I'd rather stay at a motel 6, at least I know their staff wont forget that I'm in my room, they'll be happy to give me a mini-fridge, and they will give me complimentary breakfast.

5. The room was very comfortable, and they offer you complimentary bottles of water all over the place (in room, as you leave, as you check in).

7. Good points include the historic building housing the Hotel, the grand lobby with complimentary afternoon drinks,the proximity to Horton Plaza & department store shops,the mostly friendly staff,happy hour & the overall ambiance of the Hotel.

8. We did not dine in the Hotel, however the restaurant looked very good, as did the menu - free coffe available too before 0930am, plus complimentary wifi in the lobby.

9. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and was immediately given a bottle of water (bottled water is complimentary in sleeping rooms and a great benefit to a weary traveler!).
