1. My room faced the front street and after 9pm it was quiet enough for sleeping; I'm a complainer about noise and this was ok.

2. It was great to be close to Horton Plaza, Starbucks directly across the street, along with CVS so able to pick up the necessities close by.

3. Parking at 35 dollars is overpriced and you can park for 10 dollars 100 yards down the road in multiple parking lots and parking overnight on the street is free.

4. They helped me get excellent directions to a fairly obscure museum, and I watched them spend 10 minutes helping a woman find the particular gellato place on the street she couldn't quite remember.

9. We requested (and received) a room not facing the street and were happy with it - though the doors themselves could use some sound-proofing as noise in the hallways tends to bleed through into the rooms.
