1. It didn't matter as directly across the street from 421, yet another construction site on a third floor of a building was in full swing at 0745hrs .

4. There was construction on the west side of the hotel on the rooftop at the Westgate Hotel, so if traveling in the near future I highly recommend requesting a room that does not face this noisy construction.

10. Also, if you see construction activities on the Westgate hotel, ask for another room, so you can sleep in a bit longer :) They started the work very early in the morning.
