1. beautiful room, (crown molding everywhere) , beautiful bathroom, luxurious bath robes, chocolates at turn down, fully stocked mini bar, extra towels, outstanding gym with awesome equipment and fresh fruit and water on hand.

5. The gym is good enough, they have weights, couples treadmills and some eliptical machines and provide water bottles and fruit for free.

6. Well, the historical nature has not stopped them from sticking a gym, wifi access (free in the lobby) and convention rooms there, so that is a lame excuse.
