1. So, if you like a tub in the room this could be a drawback.

8. That said, my experience was marred by 3 things: (1) very thin window panes - and when you are on the third floor overlooking a busy section of downtown and across from a major restaurant, it was pretty disturbing; (2) no bathtubs - after a long day walking around town, and for this kind of money, a relaxing soak in a tub would have been wonderful; (3) no blackout drapes in the bathroom - and a glass door - so all the light comes blasting in first thing in the a.m. Again, a lovely place with a great staff.
"No bathtubs, thin window panes... but lovely service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/28/2008 Vote
9. Rooms: We were on the top floor- we splurged on an upgraded room with a special whirlpool tub- they were beautiful and relatively spacious (coming from nyc at least) but this is an older hotel, even though it has been upgraded, there is no mistaking that this is an old building and therefore did not have as moderna feel as some hotes.
"Beautiful hotel, excetional service, okay rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/23/2007 Vote
10. No tub though, which was a little surprising, but a very large tiled shower that 2 people can easily fit it with room to spare.
"A definite 5 star " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/6/2012 Vote
