Every staff member is encountered from the valet to front desk, to
housekeeping
were always gracious, welcoming, helpful and seemed genuine in their interaction with customers.

All up the US Grant could be a 5 star experience if management address the

aspect of the property and the F&B department in order to create more positive guest memories.

The carpets were dirty as well as stained, and the woodwork was nicked and furnishings overall tattered a bit, mainly from a lack of maintenance and good
