5. It was the last day of our stay and it was the middle of the night - it wan't that big of a deal (although it was a little hard to sleep) so we didn't bother calling the front desk.

7. Hotel is in a good location 5 minutes walk to Universal Studios/Walk and the Metro (which can take you all the way to Union Station in 20 minutes or to Hollywood in 5)We got an excellent deal on Howtwire at $80 per night.

8. We got a fantastic deal from the Sheraton website that came with the room, the tickets to Universal Studios, the free parking, and breakfast.
