1. Room service food for dinner was adequate, but, according to the front desk, ends at 11:00 PM - a potential problem for late arrivals.

The reason I like this hotel is the flow and layout, its very nice and bright inside and even though there were 3 conferences there, it was a nice busy not a chaotic busy, I never saw anyone ever complaining at the front desk and generally everyone seemed happy, I think 'THE VOICE' contestants or some people related to the show are staying there, and on several nights the hotel is sold out, as 3 people were turned away whilst I was drinking at the bar.

5. The room was very nice, the bed was beautiful, but the staff were the best part, from the front desk, to the staff at the bar late at night, to the housekeeping staff who brought us extra pillows, to the staff in the breakfast cafe, to the car valet who helped my wife - thank you to all for a pleasant experience.

7. Front desk staff very friendly but had a little trouble explaining just what the club floor rooms actually were - it was simple question but really seemed to stump the staff - was finally told the rooms were a little bigger than your standard room.

10. From check-in late on a Saturday night til checkout on Christmas morning everyone was totally responsive - front desk, valet, housekeeping, buffet attendants, even parking lot attendants.
