1. We were given a lovely room on the second floor which at first I was apprehensive about, usually higher the better for me, but my friend LOVED, I mean LOVED the room, centrally overlooked the pool, a wonderful little balcony and easy access to the lobby, pool and dining area.

6. Just avoid the traffic facing rooms with the balcony (on ground level floor 3) or the hot rooms in the tower (as reception suggested).

7. We were also told that we should be grateful for having the balcony as people who were higher up were always complaining it was too hot and the air conditioning did not work - at least we were able to cool the room down via the badly fitting windows.

10. We paid for a room that was supposed to be a more 'desirable' room because it had a balcony facing the pool- we were told by the reception ' people pay more for this room'.
