1. The hors d'oeuvres served upstairs have a hot dish of some breadcrumbed vegetables or chicken wings but with complimetary soft drinks and nice snacky food (celery, carrots, dips) my healthy eating for the trip!:)Housekeeping was great every day, and made the room up delightfully even though we were quite messy with food and clothes.

Problem #6: There were a few employees of the Sheraton that showed us good customer service--the housekeeping people were very helpful and our room was kept very clean, the people who were outside the lobby at the desk were friendly and helpful, and the people at the front desk were as helpful as well, except for when I shared our hotel dissatisfaction.

7. -Housekeeping was great (we left them $5 a day - you should always tip everyday because you might get a different housekeeper at the end of your stay so if you tip only when you check out, you may have stiffed the person that cleaned your room most of your stay!)-There is a bar in the lobby which was great after a day walking around and also a convenience store in case you forgot anything-There is an outdoor pool, which we didn't use, but it looked nice clean (our friend had a view of the pool and the hills)-The overall hotel was clean and well maintained.

The room was very nice, the bed was beautiful, but the staff were the best part, from the front desk, to the staff at the bar late at night, to the housekeeping staff who brought us extra pillows, to the staff in the breakfast cafe, to the car valet who helped my wife - thank you to all for a pleasant experience.
