5. Had an executive club suite which was huge and well appointed - disappointed with the club offerings at cocktail time as alcoholic drinks weren't gratis .

6. Customer service was great, suite was very big and roomy, room service was prompt, although expensive and I really liked the shuttle service to Universal Studio and City Walk but it's very walkable IMO.

The suites came with some nice perks such as free continental breakfast (bagles, bread, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice), free hourderves from 5-8pm (fruit, veggies, dips, bread, soda, water, and chicken wings), late checkout of 4pm and a nice lounge with TV, relaxing chairs and a computer with free internet.

8. One negative aspect of this hotel in general, especially given the roominess of our suite, are the toilets which are all very small and not exactly what I did expect.

9. We stayed in a 1x bedroom king suite which was way to spacious and located on the 17th floor overlooking the Hollywood hills and 101 North.
