1. The worst night was definatelly saturday night, when a group of drunk girls were constantly arriving and departing their rooms, slamming the doors and making lots of noise.

4. We were on the 8th floor and the noise from the street was very loud even through the double paned windows.

5. The rooms have an unusual angled shape which is very refreshing from the common standard rectangle,This reduces the noise from the passageways as there are 3 walls between the bed and the units door and you can watch TV from the shower a useful quirky feature.

The gym is commercial quality and nobody ever seems to be in there, the pool area is a little exposed to traffic noise (being at ground level) but heated to a nice temperature and with nice amenity and the heakth and beauty spa is a little pricy but exclusive (as you would expect with the West Hollywood location I suppose)and we had nothing but amazing service there.
