1. I requested a late checkout, which was granted for 2pm free-of-charge.

No problem, they not only stored our luggage for us until 8:00pm, while we spent our last few hours doing the tourist thing, until we left for the airport, but also offered the use of their spa centre for us to have a shower, change our clothes and freshen up for the flight home, free of charge.

7. Another complaint was the charge for WiFi which is ridiculous when most budget hotels offer it for free - there are plenty of places nearby that do offer it for free.
