1. I stayed here for 1 night on the way through to Palm springsAfter a long haul flight we drove from LAX to the Sofitel (thanks google maps directions!) and on arrival we found the valet and concierge to be extremely efficient in taking care of us.

7. Didn't hear any hallway noise, the elevators came in a timely fashion, and our car, when retrieved from valet, appeared in a very reasonable amount of time.
