1. I recently stayed at the Sofitel los angeles, it has a very convenient location if you are going for business or for shopping (a large mall is just in front of the hotel); not that many dining options within a walking distance but who is walking in LA?staying in the sofitel is always a guarantee to have a nice room and a friendly staff, really good value for the hotel.

5. we didnt post our letter but held it till new york,( the novetel have a small letter box in there foyer for guests to post mail,they hand you a stamp at the checkin desk) surely they could have taken the letter, charged us for a stamp and sent it put with their own postI think there are better value hotels with genuine, friendly, helpful staff who value service.
