4. There is someone to help you with everything (luggage, valet, housekeeping), so come prepared with plenty of $1 bills.

5. When we check out we complained about the extremely noisy hallway and rooms and the lady was very courteous and gave us a discount on our bill.

6. Sure, so they 'show' you the room as if you've never been to a hotel and stick around to make sure you are satisfied, until you take out a bill from the pocket will they leave.

9. The menu said that this was for dinner only and for parties of 6 or more but we found that it was included on every bill breakfast, lunch and dinner.

10. We had breakfast, parking and WiFi included in our package which is a great option (though they did forget to take this off the final bill until I made mention of this fact).
