1. Since I was traveling with my family and kids I asked for hot water in the room they charged me usd 5 for water as service charges it felt like a little crazed not for the money.

3. Always hard when you expect so much more from these large chain hotels - nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing amazing either - your hard earnt money - because this hotel is not cheap can be spent somewhere else.

10. I would say the hotel is a good solid option if you can obtain a promotional or reduced rate; in our case stay 4 pay for 3, otherwise I think it is a bit over priced considering what you get for your money.
