1. i cant say enough about this place i just stayed in la for a buiness trip and this was the best part of the trip from the time i woke up in my very clean room to the time i spent in the breakfast lounge i could not be happier the staff makes this place great from the parking attendants to the hostess ( martha ) i feel like family if your going to la and you want a top notch place to stay you must stay here joel levy nyc golden touch - planet gold.

5. Located next to shopping mall/cinema where you can loose yourself in shopping then eat in one of many restaurants (especially I would recommend the Chinese restaurant next to parking entrance) and watch movie in cinema.

Pros: Nicely decorated rooms, great bathrooms, excellent service, pretty central, great barCons: no self-parking, valet compulsory (very expensive), no free access to internet in rooms (alghough there are 2/3 computers down in lobby free of access), size of rooms a little too small for those prices.

8. Front entrance has four or five staff on arrival but they are more interested in parking cars than helping guests in and out of the hotel with luggage.

10. The hotel is opposite the Beverly Center which has a huge parking garage but does not allow overnight parking although I don't think there's anyone to enforce that.
