Don't miss out on this hotel so wonderfully located near the Galleria Mall - excellent shopping and restaurants nearby - I parked in the self-parking garage and it was a very easy walk to the hotel and my room - if you want to save some money on the valet parking - can't say how much I enjoyed my stay here.

4. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel; though our room was not ready on time, front desk staff were accommodating and quick, the concierge had fabulous dinner recommendations and was very helpful, and the restaurant staff were courteous and pleasant.

This is an excellent example of this franchise's flagship hotels: easy, rapid, kind, accommodating check-in, concierge and hotel manager/overseer right in the middle of the front lobby, multiple valets, restaurant right up front, excellent and unbiased (conformed with Frommer's ratings) restaurant and other suggestions available, clever names for the bar and the restaurant (actually, the names *are* 'the restaurant' and 'the bar') and nice touches like a free glass of featured wine to preferred members on check-in.
