4. Then I enjoyed the free happy hour on the 23rd floor for concierge guests - it could have been my meal - wonderful cheese and wine - and vegatables, fruit and more - the free breakfast in the morning was also very nice.

5. I did not sample the food at the restaurant but I did receive free breakfast in the club suite which was very good, albeit the selection wasn't as vast as you find at the chain below Intercontinental - Crowne Plaza.

9. Upon check out, we let the front desk clerk (Micheal) know about horrible experiences and he graciously offered us complimentary breakfast and the option to check our bags at the concierge.
