6. When we entered the room, we realized the smell was going to be too strong for us and that the ozone machine wouldn't be able to eliminate the odour from years of smoking in that room, so went back downstairs to make the switch.

8. We were actually checked into the main hotel but were allocated smoking rooms by mistake and were unable to tolerate the smell in the corridor leading to the room never mind staying for 4 nights in the room.

10. when I called the operator to change a room that is filty, foul smelling, very hot, and little tiny space she was not friendly enough to answer a phone and transfered me to another guy- I dont know who because he doesn't want to give his name and told me that all their rooms are the same and that I can't switch even I said I want to upgrade, I will pay, still resisted and said, 'NO.

11. Hotel itself is nice, when we arrived we were offered either a room that wasn`t ready yet or a smoking room that was ready and was an upgrade, so obviously we took the upgrade in the executive floor, a few blasts of the air con kept the smokey smell at bay.
