1. perhaps a little bit expensive, but rooms are big, really clean and good service.

2. I have my suspicions that anyone booking through an online service like Hotwire, rather than with the hotel itself, ends up at the bottom of the heap in terms of room selection.

3. The concierge Service is good and if you are looking for anything from a tour to a special type of entertainment, they can find it for you.

4. Tip if you are going back to the airport as we did, if you see the guy that does Hotel services he will book you on the shuttle which is $17 per person, the only thing is it stops at other hotels as well, it was a great service.

6. I would definitely recommend this hotel for first time visitors to SF, as well as families, couples, friends, and business trips because they have excellent customer service and the location is superb.
