1. When I spoke to the manager she acted like a robot and offered to take my car park fee off.

3. We notified the hotel that this is not acceptable to us and instead of finding a quick remedy, the guest manager told us that the best thing to do is for him to refund our money and for us to find another hotel.

5. I didn't return the key to reception quickly enough because the manager took time out from his busy schedule to call me up and scold me for taking too long meaning they couldn't use the room that night but hey, I'd only spent 1500 bucks so who cared if i could sleep or not .

8. I wanted to show the MOD my bug bites so they could identify the bite marks and get rid of the pest to save future guests the trouble of being bitten there was no manager to speak to.
