4. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage (since we arrived super early for check in), early check in, changed our room to a king size bed (because I accidental ordered 2 double beds), and late check out for no additional fee.

6. Was a great location for us, pretty central to most of the things we wanted to check out, and we walked everywhere (although I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking to the Golden Gate Bridge.

8. We had requested late check out and there were glitches with that as well that were resolved as we were scurrying to get packed and leave the phone rang it was housekeeping I reported the bug issue while talking the phone fell off the nightstand when I went to return it I discovered more hair on the nightstand in a hurry and with my camera already packed I left a note with an arrow pointing to the hair.
