3. We had a double bed room and only one bed was clean the other was coated in hair, I called the front desk to report this and the MOD was a man with an Indian accent who said they were horrified about this and would be giving us $40 off the bill and the room would receive a through cleaning in the morning.

4. Needless to say I called customer service the first thing Monday morning after about an hour on the phone I was told that my final bill would be $175 with tax yet they still billed me $310.49 for a room that was basically only used to store my luggage as the room was disgusting and we were woken up every 20-30 mins every night.

10. However the Resturant in the Main building was not as good we had the Buffet meal which was supposed to include drinks of which we had to ask for and then collect from the bar our selfs, the food wasnt that good either, we also couldnt understand why we had to pay an 18% service charge (automatically added to the bill) when all the waiteress did was show us to our table .
