1. The front desk at the beach were very nice but I was unable to print from the business center there so they sent me 2blocks up to another HI and it didn't work there so they sent me to where I checked in and it didn't work there so I went to front desk.

6. There are also a few buses that stop near the hotel which go to North Beach etc.We had no issues at all with the hotel, nice room, clean and comfortable.

10. Close to all the 'excitement' at Fisherman's Wharf and also very convenient to North Beach and the Embarcadero.
