1. There was a travel assistant in the lobby who helped by answering questions and providing maps and the front desk staff wasa very helpful.

2. I paid for a business room - and whilst the lift implies that key card access is required - anyone appears to be able to access including the PCs and Printer (free board pass printing in Lobby for all guests).

6. Small cafe in lobby brewing Starbucks coffee was very nice, didn't eat at the restaurant though as it seemed pricey - too many nice restaurants around the area anyway (in and out burger.
