1. All in all, my 30th birthday wouldn't have been as spectacular without the friendliness and geniune care of the staff.

4. While it is beautifu and the views of NY are spectacular, especially of the Hudson River, I can see this place being overrun by hip all-night party types, making it difficult to want to stick around and enjoy for any length of time.
